Idaho Criminal History is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve government files, perform official checks, or submit documents for users.
The content directs readers to Idaho State Police BCI, the Idaho Department of Correction, the Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry, Idaho courts, and the sheriffs and District Court clerks serving 44 counties. Some pages also connect users with third-party research tools.

Idaho Code §§18-8326 and 74-120 restrict misuse of Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry information, including use to commit a crime, cause harm, damage property, make a commercial inquiry, or compile telephone and mailing lists. 4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Idaho Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not produce credit reports, background checks, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners do not offer services through this website for evaluating applicants, rental requests, insurance eligibility, or credit. You agree not to use site or linked-tool information to:
